Starbucks Caffeine-Free Drinks – Check This Out!

Caffeine-free drinks at Starbucks include hot cocoa, lemonade, iced coffee, tea, and more! There are also seasonal non-caffeine drinks available such as hot chocolate and milk steamer.

Every Caffeine-Free Starbucks Drink

Drinks without caffeine mostly contain green tea extract and a few other ingredients, but they don’t taste like coffee so it’s easy to drink them without feeling guilty.
There are many different types of green tea available, but most contain between 30 and 50 mg of caffeine per serving. If you want to cut down on caffeine intake, try drinking decaf coffee instead. It has less than half the amount of caffeine found in regular coffee. You can also make a cup of herbal tea without any added sugar or milk.

Starbucks has created a range of beverages without caffeine, below is a list of caffeine free drinks at Starbucks that you can order:

Hot Chocolate Drinks
This hot chocolate drink is made with cocoa powder and unsweetened almond milk. It does not have any artificial flavors or sweeteners and only has about 10 calories per 8 ounce cup.

Mint Majesty
This product is designed to give you a boost of energy throughout the day by providing you with a steady supply of caffeine. Others use peppermint-flavored syrup when making this. It has a pleasant minty taste which will leave you feeling refreshed.

Peach Tranquility
Peach Tranquility drink has a hint of peach flavor, but it’s not too sweet. It’s perfect if you want something light and refreshing after a workout.

White Hot Chocolate
This recipe uses a combination of cocoa powder and coconut oil to give it a creamy texture. It’s easy to make and tastes great!

Toasted White Hot Chocolate
This hot drink is one of my favorite recipes. It’s delicious and easy to make, but it does take some planning ahead. I like to make this recipe when I know I’m going to be home alone later, so I can enjoy it without worrying about what else needs cooking.

Peppermint White Hot Chocolate
This hot, caffeine-free drink has 60 calories per cup and only 2 grams of sugar. It tastes great too!

Pistachio Crème
The crème has a rich pistachio flavour and is packed with protein, fiber, and healthy fats. It’s also free from artificial sweeteners, flavours, and colours.

Chestnut Praline Crème
This rich, creamy dessert tastes like it was baked right out of a box. It has just enough sweetness to satisfy without being too sweet. I love this because it’s so easy to eat and doesn’t require any cooking skills.

Eggnog Crème
This drink has a creamy texture and a light taste. It’s perfect if you’re looking for something sweet without the sugar rush.

Caramel Brulée Crème
It’s not just coffee shops where you can find caramel brulées – they’re available in supermarkets too! They’re made by adding boiling water to a mixture of sugar and butter, then whipping it into a foam.

Cinnamon Dolce Crème
This drink has a sweet taste and it will give you a burst of energy. It is made with caramel drizzle and is best served chilled.

Vanilla Crème
This is one of my favorite coffee beverages. It has a creamy texture and tastes great! I like to add it to lattes and cappuccinos. It’s delicious served hot or cold.

Caramel Apple Spice
This tasty drink has a lot going on! It combines apple cider vinegar (which helps reduce inflammation), cinnamon (a natural anti-inflammatory) and turmeric (an antioxidant).

Steamed Apple Juice
Caffeine-free apple juice has become increasingly popular among consumers who want to avoid coffee but still enjoy the taste of fresh fruit. It’s easy to prepare and it’s a great way to start your day.

Starbucks Passion Tango Tea
Iced Passion Tango Tea has zero calories and it tastes delicious! It’s packed with antioxidants and vitamins such as vitamin C and E, magnesium, calcium, iron, zinc, niacin, riboflavin, thiamine, folate, pantothenic acid, phosphorus, potassium, copper, manganese, selenium, and chromium.

Iced Passion Tango Tea Lemonade
This classic fruit drink is delicious! It’s a tea without caffeine with a hint of lemon and lime, but not too strong. If you like it sweet, add some sugar.

Iced Guava Passion fruit Drink
This tropically-inspired astydrink has a great taste and it’s healthy too! It’s packed with nutrients like vitamin C, B6, folate, potassium, magnesium, iron, zinc and copper.

Lemonade
If you want to lose weight fast, drink lemon juice instead of water. A recent study found that people who drank 16 ounces of lemonade every day lost nearly two pounds per week without changing their diets.

Starbucks Strawberry Frappuccino
The strawberry frappuccino is made from fresh and perfect strawberries and comes in a variety of flavors: vanilla bean, mocha chipotle, cinnamon spice, and peppermint. They all have around 150 calories each.

Pistachio Crème Frappuccino
This flavorful drink has around 200 calories and 15 grams of protein. It contains 3g of fiber and only 2g of sugar. It also contains vitamins C and E, calcium, magnesium, potassium, iron, zinc and copper.

White Chocolate Crème Frappuccino
This creamy drink has around 5g of sugar per 100ml. That’s less than half the amount found in most popular coffee chains. It’s also got only 2.5g of protein, so it’s not going to give you any muscle building power.

Peppermint White Chocolate Crème Frappuccino
This drink has a whopping 60 calories per 12 oz cup! It tastes delicious but it’s not worth the calories. I would recommend getting a regular white chocolate frappuccino instead.

Caramel Brulée Crème Frappuccino
This sweet drink has only 50 calories per 8oz cup but it tastes like dessert! It’s sweetened with stevia and caramel syrup so it won’t spike your blood sugar levels.

Chestnut Praline Crème Frappuccino
This drink has a whopping 9 grams of protein! It’s packed with antioxidants and fiber, too.

Eggnog Crème Frappuccino
This delicious drink has around 200 calories and 10 grams of sugar per cup. It’s high in protein too, so it’s ideal if you want to eat something after.

Caramel Ribbon Crunch Crème Frappuccino
This tasty beverage drink has 20 grams of sugar per serving. It’s high in calories too – around 300. If you want to lose weight, it might not be the best choice.

Strawberry Crème Frappuccino
A strawberry crème Frappuccino has around 150 calories and 10 grams of sugar, so it’s not exactly a healthy option. But if you’re looking for something sweet after a workout, this drink could be just what you need.

Vanilla Bean Crème Frappuccino
This drink has a vanilla bean flavour and comes with whipped cream and a cherry topping. It’s available in three different sizes – tall (354ml), grande (473ml) and venti (591ml).

Evolution Fresh Organic Smoothies
These smoothies contain high levels of antioxidants, vitamins, minerals and fibre. They are great for breakfast or as a snack between meals. I recommend drinking one every day.

Apple Juice Box
Cold apple juice box is a great way to start your day. It has all the nutrients needed to keep you healthy.

Horizon Organic Milk
Horizon Organic milk has a higher concentration of calcium than regular milk, so it’s better for bone health. It’s also lower in lactose, making it easier for people who suffer from lactose intolerance.

Galvanina Sparkling Water
This sparkling water has zero calories and comes in a variety of flavours including cucumber mint, lemon basil, raspberry ginger, and strawberry lime. It’s available in most supermarkets and coffee shops across Canada.

Steamed Milk
If you’re looking to cut down on your caffeine intake, then steaming a cup of milk can be an effective alternative. Just add hot water to a carton of milk and let it sit until the steam dissipates. This will make the milk frothy without adding any extra calories. You can use this method to prepare other beverages such as oatmeal or tea. Use your favorite milk steamer when making this.

Caffeine-Free Drinks For Pregnant Women

If you’re pregnant, you should avoid caffeine. Drinking more than 400mg of caffeine per day can increase your risk of miscarriage up to 40%. It also causes dehydration, constipation, headaches, heartburn, and insomnia.
I hope that helps you make some healthier choices when ordering coffee. Remember to order a drink without caffeine or any decaf coffee drinks next time.

Caffeine-Free Drinks For Weight Loss

The caffeine-free Starbucks drinks are delicious. You can enjoy them without worrying about their effects on your body. However, they aren’t the perfect solution for those looking to lose weight.

They’re very low in calories and carbohydrates, but they still contain a lot of sugar. This means that they won’t give you much energy, and they’ll leave you feeling hungry soon afterward.

Good to Know – Starbucks offers an exclusive range of Matcha drinks too!

You may find yourself reaching for another drink instead of eating a meal. This will lead to overeating later on. You could try drinking a glass of water first. That way, you’ll feel full faster and you won’t end up craving other foods.

Tips For Ordering Caffeine-Free Drinks

If you want to order a coffee without caffeine, ask for decaf. It will still contain some caffeine but it won’t give you any jitters. You can always request for no sugar added instead of nonfat milk.

You should also know that there are other ways to reduce your caffeine intake besides switching to decaf. For example, you can limit yourself to two cups of coffee per day. This means that you would only consume half of the amount of caffeine compared to someone who consumes four cups of coffee per day on average.

It’s important to note that although these drinks are free of caffeine, they may still cause side effects such as headaches. So, if you experience any symptoms, make sure to stop consuming them immediately.

If you want to order a drink without coffee, it’s best to ask for it without any added sweeteners. Some people like to add sugar-free syrup, stevia or honey to their coffee but this will affect the taste.
