3. Put the nonfat milk in the blender and blend on high speed for 30 seconds. Then pour the mixture back into the pan and bring to a boil. Reduce the heat to low and let it simmer for another 5 minutes. Strain through a fine-mesh strainer.
4. Combine the cold milk and heavy whipping cream in a bowl. Beat with an electric mixer at medium speed for 4 minutes. Transfer the mixture to a clean bowl and refrigerate for 3 hours. When ready to serve, beat again briefly.
5. Pour the nonfat milk into the chilled metal bowl of a stand mixer fitted with the whisk attachment. Whip on high speed for 8 to 12 minutes. The mixture will become thick and fluffy.
6. Serve immediately or transfer to a storage container and store in the refrigerator for up to 24 hours.
7. Pour the milk into an airtight container. Store in the freezer for up to three months.
8. Put the milk in an ice cube tray and freeze for 20 minutes. Once frozen, take out the cubes and place in a zip top bag. Freeze for two more days.
9. Place the milk in a microwave safe dish. Microwave on high power for 15 to 30 seconds. Stir thoroughly and repeat if necessary. Repeat this process until the milk has cooled completely.
10. Pour the nonfat milk into your preferred serving vessel.

French Press Cold Foam
The French press method is one of the easiest ways to get cold foam.
You will need a French press and a strainer. The strainer should be placed on top of the filter.
Add half and half and salt to the container. Use the plunger lever to aerate the milk. When you see a whipped foam form, stop plunging and let the foamy, fluffy milk foam stand.
Electric Handheld Milk Frother Cold Foam
The favorite method to make cold foam is by using an electric milk frother. This will allow you to control the temperature of the water, which makes it easier to achieve the perfect consistency.
